Halo Hot Yoga uniquely combines the restorative power of salt therapy with the dynamic practice of hot yoga. Along with the traditional benefits of yoga—like improved flexibility, strength, and mindfulness—this innovative experience supports respiratory health, releases muscular tension, enhances athletic performance, and helps reduce stress and anxiety through the healing effects of negative ions released by the salt.  The added heat accelerates calorie burn, encourages detoxification, aids in muscle recovery, and helps relieve joint pain. Sessions are fully customizable for all levels of experience, and are

available for one to three participants at a time for a personalized, deeply supportive experience.

Start your day with intentional movement and mindful breath in this welcoming, all-levels Hatha yoga class. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by a short sequence of sun salutations to awaken the body, and a series of classic yoga postures to build strength, balance, and flexibility. The class closes with a grounding relaxation to help you move into the rest of

your day with clarity and calm.  Modifications and variations are always offered, making this class accessible to beginners and  supportive for more experienced practitioners alike. Come as you are — and leave feeling centered, refreshed, and aligned.

An Evening Yoga Class | All Levels Welcome

Wind down your day with this all-levels evening yoga class that blends gentle

movement, breath awareness, and restful poses. Drawing from both Hatha and

restorative styles, the practice begins with a mindful warm-up and accessible postures

to support strength and flexibility, followed by slower, grounding movements and

supported rest to help you unwind before settling into the rest of your evening. No

previous yoga experience is necessary — modifications, props, and gentle guidance are provided

to meet you exactly where you are.
