What should I wear in the Sauna or HaloRed?

Wear what you are comfortable in.  We suggest comfy/athletic clothing.  We also provide towel wraps/robes for each guest for the Infrared Sauna and the HaloRed (Red light Booth).  When in the HaloRed, the more skin exposed to the Red light is the more benefits you will feel.

Which massage chair should I choose?

The Mythia chair will give you a deeper tissue massage and feels more intense, while the iRest is lighter and smoother.  Both have multiple settings to adjust all features to your comfort and liking. Both can be paired to your phone using the pairing code on the chart on the wall.  Both also have optional heating options.

Should I choose the HaloRed or the HaloInfrared?

This all depends on what you are looking for in results.

Red Light Therapy uses specific low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and promote skin health and muscle recovery.

The Infrared Sauna uses infrared heat to warm the body directly, helping to promote deep sweating, detoxification, relaxation, and relief from muscle and joint pain.  Our Sauna also has chromotherapy, also known as color therapy.  It is a therapy that uses visible light and color to treat emotional and physical imbalances.  The different colors have unique wavelengths that affect the body's energy systems and can be used to restore balance.

How frequently should I use the HaloRed?

To experience the most benefits from the HaloRed, it is advised that clients use the therapy 3-5 times the first week, and 2-3 times per week after the initial week.

Can I bring my device into the Sauna or HaloRed?

It is not advised to bring your device into the Sauna or booth.  You can pair your device to the Bluetooth for music and leave on the chair outside the sauna or booth.  You can also bring in a book, magazine, relax, meditate, do self-guided yoga, pilates or light exercise at your own pace.  Bring a friend or have a date night with great conversation.
