Lotus Body and Mind is situated on the corner of Tompkins Street and The Park in Cortland, NY.  The parking lot is on the right.  You are welcome to park in any open spaces. From the parking lot, our building is the first on the right.  Upon entering, you will be greeted by our receptionist. We kindly request that you take a moment to remove your shoes and slip into the clean slippers provided to help us maintain the cleanliness of our facility and equipment.
