Whether you are looking to reduce stress, support recovery, improve your wellness routine, or simply make more time for yourself, your membership gives you plenty of ways to relax, rejuvenate, and recover.

Premium Wellness Members receive:
- Unlimited Red Light Therapy
- Unlimited Halotherapy
- Unlimited Massage Chair sessions
- Unlimited Titan Massage Bed sessions
- Unlimited PEMF sessions
- Unlimited Compression Therapy
- Up to 8 Infrared Sauna sessions per month
- Members may enjoy one session of each included service per day.
- All appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
How often can I visit?
You may use each included service once per day. Infrared sauna use is limited to eight sessions per calendar month.
Do unused sauna sessions roll over?
No. Sauna sessions reset at the beginning of each membership month and do not roll over.
Can I share my membership?
Memberships are individual and cannot be shared or transferred.
Is there a contract?
The membership begins with a three-month commitment. After the initial three months, it continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled according to the membership agreement.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Our regular cancellation and no-show policies apply to membership appointments. Additional details will be included in the membership agreement.
Can I purchase services that are not included?
Yes. Members may still schedule and purchase other Lotus services, packages, private rentals, or special offerings.
